Legal
Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
This website, WardenKit, is published at wardenkit.com by BRIDGER SERVICES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("WardenKit", "we", "us"). Contact: support@wardenkit.com. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in section 11.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and set out the commercial and subscription conditions that are displayed here before any purchase. They do not govern use of WardenKit software. Each WardenKit package is distributed with its own licence file, and that licence — together with any applicable subscription and entitlement terms — governs installation, evaluation and production use of the software. Where a checkout exists, the payment transaction itself is governed by the transaction terms presented at checkout. Nothing on this website grants, extends, narrows or replaces any right granted by a package licence, and where this website and a package licence differ about software rights, the package licence prevails.
3. Using this website
You may read, link to and quote this website with attribution. You may not attempt to interfere with its availability or integrity, or misrepresent WardenKit content as your own.
4. Information on this website is not advice
The content of this website is technical product information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it is not a determination of any obligation that applies to you. WardenKit software performs deterministic technical evaluations against selected, versioned rule profiles using data you supply; it does not determine legal obligations or compliance, and it does not file, submit, collect or remit anything on your behalf. You remain responsible for selecting applicable requirements, configuring the tooling, reviewing results and deciding what your business does.
5. Products, pricing and availability
Product descriptions, capabilities and prices shown on this website describe the state of each product at the time of publication and may change. Only a product that is actually available, with an authorized live checkout, constitutes an offer to purchase. Preparatory or unreleased material — including any product described as not yet available or not yet published — does not create purchase rights, release commitments or any other right, and nothing on this website offers, promises or grants rights to any unreleased product. Features that are described as not yet available are not offered for sale.
6. Purchases, billing, cancellation and refunds
This website hosts no payment form and no account system of its own; a Live checkout is open only on a product page that shows a purchase action. Where a WardenKit product is offered for purchase, the transaction is processed through the merchant of record identified at the point of sale, under the transaction terms presented at checkout; a purchase action appears on a product page only when that checkout is authorized and live. Your rights to use the software are governed by the applicable package licence and subscription terms, not by the transaction terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This describes how any WardenKit order is conducted.
A non-canonical release-candidate preview of this website may expose a payment-provider Sandbox checkout for release testing. Such Sandbox testing is not a public offer, not a Live purchase, creates no customer purchase, no subscription and no software rights, and no payment is taken.
Paid WardenKit plans described as monthly — such as a Production or Platform / Agency plan — are intended to be recurring monthly subscriptions once checkout becomes available: each renews on its monthly billing cycle until cancelled. The exact transaction total, currency, applicable taxes and transaction terms are shown at checkout before you pay. A paid plan can be purchased only while its Live checkout is open on the product page. A free evaluation plan is not a trial of a paid plan and does not convert into a paid subscription.
Cancellation and refunds are distinct. Subscription cancellation ends future renewal; paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which no further entitlements, packs or subscribed updates are issued. Where a product issues short-lived signed production authorizations (for the Open-Source Licence Policy SDK, at most 72 hours each, renewed by an explicit refresh), an authorization already issued remains valid until its own signed deadline; nothing you have installed is remotely deleted or disabled. An approved refund of the current paid period, a confirmed chargeback or terminal cancellation ends the right to obtain further authorizations immediately; a refund that is merely requested or pending does not. Because each authorization is short-lived and must be refreshed against your current subscription state, an outage of the commercial service or of the payment provider means an authorization that reaches its signed deadline during the outage cannot be renewed until service is restored; local evaluation of your own files continues throughout and nothing is deleted. Cancellation does not by itself refund charges already made, and ordinary cancellation produces no automatic prorated refund. Refund eligibility and handling, including the 30-calendar-day initial-purchase guarantee, are described in our separate Refund Policy, which applies together with mandatory law and the transaction terms presented at checkout. Refund and cancellation questions may be sent to support@wardenkit.com.
The WardenKit Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated into them by reference. Accepting these Terms & Conditions therefore includes the Refund Policy, which remains published as a separate page. Nothing in this incorporation limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
The WardenKit name, the content of this website and the WardenKit software are owned by BRIDGER SERVICES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors, except where third-party material is identified as such. References to states, government authorities, statutes and official publications are descriptive references to the sources of published rules.
8. Non-affiliation
WardenKit is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the relevant government authority or programme.
9. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party resources, including official source material. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
10. Website availability and accuracy
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will be uninterrupted. Warranties and remedies for the software itself are stated in the applicable package licence and subscription terms, not here.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These website terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. This clause governs these website terms only. It is not incorporated into any WardenKit package licence, and it neither adds a governing-law or jurisdiction provision to a package licence nor replaces or overrides any provision that a package licence, subscription terms or checkout transaction terms contain.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the website and the products develop. The terms published on this page are the current Terms & Conditions.
